Self hypnosis is more than simply learning to
relax; it can help you fell rested and rejuvenated

For example, you will need to be able to taste,
hear, smell, feel and see the place in your mind. Once

timer for the amount of time that you have to spend on
self hypnosis. For example, if you want to stay in a
hypnotic state for 10 minutes, then you simply need to
remind yourself to awaken from the state in 10
minutes.
Relaxation
The main part of self hypnosis that you will
want to concentrate on is relaxation. You can begin at
either your head or your toes to begin relaxing each and
every muscle in your body. For example, if you begin with
your toes, then you will want to relax the muscles in
your feet first, then your legs, and so on until your
entire body is relaxed.
You can practice self hypnosis anytime, but you
will definitely want to choose a time that works for you.
Some people prefer to practice the art right at bedtime,
so that once their internal timer has gone off, they can
move into a natural sleep. One of the benefits of using
self hypnosis is that you will awaken relaxed and feeling
refreshed.
